Is there a lock-in period?

No. You can pause, skip or cancel anytime through your subscription portal.

How do I access my subscription?

After your first subscription purchase, you’ll receive an email with access to your Subscription Management Portal. You can log in anytime to manage your orders.
If you can’t find the email, check your spam folder or contact us and we’ll resend it.

Can I change how often I receive my product?

Yes! You can adjust delivery frequency at any time in your portal, as well as selecting your next order date.

Can I skip a month?

Absolutely. Just log in and skip your upcoming order before the billing date.

When will I be charged?

You’ll be automatically charged on your scheduled billing date before each shipment.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — there are no cancellation fees or penalties.

What if I need help?

How much is shipping?

Subscription orders ship just like regular orders and follow our standard shipping policy.

Can I return my subscription order?
