4. Night-time action - the suppository dissolves gradually overnight and mild discharge is normal. For comfort, you might like to wear a panty liner, pad or our period underwear.

5. Routine - for an initial course, use nightly for 7 nights. After that, continue with one suppository once a week to help support intimate comfort.

6. Aftercare: We recommend to avoid use during your period and wait 12 hours after insertion before sexual intercourse.
